On Being Girly

Ok, so I’m currently working on a new project, and thought I would update on this as I go along. My plan is to work on a range of co-ordinating items which can be bought either together or separately, and are girly yet cool at the same time.

I’ve chosen several fabrics, including a purple patterned cotton and a plain calico cotton, and am working on a girly purse, a matching keyring, and a couple of other items. I’ve finished two purses and have a few ideas to make some really original designs. I’m also working on a decorative bird dangler which will be stuffed with sweet smelling fragrance to brighten up any room. I’ve made fabric flowers and hearts from a mixture of felt and cotton and am also using ribbon and buttons to add some character. Photo’s of these to follow.
